The space can comfortably accommodate:
- approx. 50 people at a social do;
- about 40 people with ‘theatre’ seating;
- around 35 people with dining tables,
- and up to 75 people for a gig.

Evenings and weekends:
after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday: from £75 room hire.
Tuesday to Friday between 12pm – 6pm: £10 per hour (includes table water, filter coffee and tea)
In most cases we’ll waive fees for non-profit organisations.

Smack-bang in the centre of Old Town, The Hop is a great venue for public events. Working with live music and comedy promoters Upstairs at The Hop is the venue for regular gigs and performances, and the venue for artisan markets, art exhibitions and educational workshops.
